When you fill out our contact form, we collect the details you give us: your name, business name, email address, phone number, what you're interested in, and your message. We use this only to respond to your request and talk with you about working together.

We also collect basic, anonymous information about how people use this website — like which pages get visited. Like most websites, our servers keep standard logs of visits.

To greet you ("Hey, good morning!"), our home page makes a best guess at your city and local weather based on your internet connection. We never ask for permission and we don't store this anywhere — it's used to display the greeting on your screen and then forgotten. This guess can be wrong, and it never identifies you personally.

We use the details from your contact form to:

• Set up your free digital audit — every business qualifies — and check whether you also qualify for the free video shoot
• Send you a confirmation that we got your message
• Follow up with you about working together

We don't sell your information to anyone. We don't send marketing emails unless you ask us to.

Only the Nex Marketing team. The service providers that run our website and email can process the data on our behalf, but they can't use it for their own purposes.

We keep contact form submissions as long as they're useful for working with you, then delete them. If you'd like us to delete yours sooner, just ask.

You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information you gave us. Email us and we'll take care of it.
